As a frequent traveler from Seoul in the digital art and gaming industry, I recently chose Best Western for a corporate retreat in the U.S. the hotel's location, merely a short walk from the subway and surrounded by various dining options, was incredibly convenient. the room itself was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, although a bit lacking in variety at times. Sadly, the promised spa and fitness center were nonexistent, and outdoor seating was not available. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional staff. From Jenny at the reception to Margaret in the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even proactively called me to confirm my reservation details, which was a thoughtful touch. When we needed assistance with luggage for an Uber ride to our next destination, the staff went above and beyond to help us. Overall, Best Western provides adequate facilities for business travelers, with amenities such as a business center, 24-hour reception, and comfortable workspaces. Though there were some shortcomings, the accommodating staff and convenient location make it a suitable choice for corporate stays.
